Managed all content strategy and programming aspects for the inaugural Amazon Business Small Business Summit 2022 and the Amazon Business Small Business Summit 2023, from concept to completion, including topic curation, speaker sourcing, contract negotiation, deck review and approvals, and social media posts. Developed SEO-optimized blog pages for each session to increase brand awareness and site traffic and maximize exposure to the content.
In addition to the content strategy, I assisted with the layout of the 2022 event pages to launch the inaugural event. The event content received a 4.77/5 satisfaction rating. We used lessons learned from analyzing the metrics from the 2022 event to optimize the content for 2023.
